Who We Are
About Us
Our overall aim is to create a fresh, functional, efficient world-class Africa through holistic reeducation of Blacks and Africans in all nations.
BANC is like an African family, it is a quasi-traditional homestead where everyone is each one’s keeper! At home in Africa, everyone works for the common good of each other, so home is every child’s safe haven. Africans natural belief is that man is created to complement his fellows – that’s the ideology behind Ubuntu. “I am because you are”.
Africa operates a clan structure which is the simple secret behind her strong family systems, where each child is seen as a gift from God capable of achieving potential unique destiny which when explored brings corporate development for the benefit of all. In Africa, home is paradise! …BANC is home!

Brotherhood
Brotherhood is a powerful concept that promotes the idea of men coming together to support and uplift each other. At Banc Africa, we believe that brotherhood is the cornerstone of our success as a team, and we are committed to upholding this ideal in everything we do.
Advocacy
Advocacy is a critical component of brotherhood at Banc Africa. We recognize the importance of standing up for one another and supporting each other in times of need. As such, we encourage our team members to advocate for their rights and needs, and to speak out against injustice and discrimination whenever they encounter it.
Networking
Networking is another key aspect of brotherhood at Banc Africa. We believe that strong relationships are essential to our success, and we are committed to building and maintaining these relationships through shared experiences, common interests, and regular communication.
Congruence
Congruence is a critical element of brotherhood at Banc Africa. We believe that in order to work effectively as a team, we must all share the same values, goals, and vision for the future. As such, we strive to ensure that all team members are aligned with our core values, and that we are working together towards a common purpose.

Message from BANC President
Our mother land has for decades beckoned us to come! So, I welcome us to the lands of many sunshine and natural picturesque grandeur.
We’re fortunate to be living in this time when Africa’s arms are wide opened to receive us. Our brothers and sisters, Kings and Queens – our ancestral families have rolled out drums and gongs to celebrate our homecoming. The world is beautiful yet again! We are home at last, …home is haven!
– when our children can point to their roots, wake beside people of the same colour, culture and custom! We are blessed!

With Africa being the next global economic headquarters and the riches of the land sufficient for us all, we are fortunate to be living in this most important age of all times.
